Getting Started:

Create a Simple Plan
There are many ways one can approach self mastery, the cultivation of higher human attributes, and states of well being.

As you ponder this, it may be helpful to assess where you are in this moment - your strengths and accomplishments as well as areas you want to improve upon. Then choose 1-3 areas to use as a focal point and create a simple plan forward.

For instance, you may wish to improve your cardio health, create a healthier sleep pattern, and enhance your creativity. With that in mind, create a plan for yourself. The resources listed in this section may help with this. There will also be blog posts on this topic coming soon. Art Baner and others listed in the Resource Section are also available to assist in creating and implementing a plan if you wish to engage that level of support.


Your First 21 Days
One of the things that sets humanity apart from the animal kingdom is our ability to direct our evolution consciously. This requires a heightened level of focus and consistent intent. It also requires a movement away from compulsory activity and toward present, purposeful activity.

The first 21 days of your plan are powerful and will provide you with strong momentum going forward. A heightened focus on 1-3 areas you wish to develop will enhance your experience of life and move you forward in many ways.

An important part of this is to choose a plan which you know you can achieve. Set yourself up for success. Once you accomplish your first 21 day plan, it will be easier to set your sights on a higher peak, and so on.

Bathe in Inspiration
Begin your process with courage and certainty that your direction is an affirmation of who you are and what you are capable of.

A great assist here is to regularly bathe in what inspires you. For many, this means turning off the tv, radio, and much of social media. Instead, seek out time in nature. Listen to uplifting music. Spend time with people who raise your spirits and support your efforts. Read inspiring literature.
